Solicitor Requests INA

The instructing party submits a request to UK Rehab Solutions (UKRS) for an Independent Needs Assessment (INA) on behalf of the injured party.

UKRS Approaches Case Management Panel

UKRS evaluates the request and engages their accredited Case Management Panel to identify suitable Case Managers based on specialism, capacity and location.

Panel Provides Case Manager CVs

The Case Management Panel provides UKRS with the CVs of relevant Case Manager that meet the specific requirements.

UKRS Sends CVs to Solicitor

UKRS forwards the provided CVs (up to 3, where applicable) to the instructing party for their review and selection.

Referral Sent to UKRS

Upon reviewing the CVs, the instructing party sends a referral to UKRS, (single or joint instructions accepted) specifying their chosen Case Manager..

Appointment Arrangement by Case Manager

The selected Case Manager coordinates an appointment with the injured party for the INA.

INA Report Sent to Solicitor

UKRS sends the completed INA report to the Instructing Party.

Next Steps

The solicitor and Case Manager proceed with the requirements of the injured party’s care without further involvement from UKRS.
